Are you aware of how limited the resources of the govt are?...smell of an oil rage stuff. Listen to the video and you may begin to under one of the underlying reason that the mining review was never going to be completed within our expected timeframes. The review has in fact been unofficially completed for all intent and purpose but won't be released until the new govt can get bigger issues under some control.
In terms of MWE it has potential but will be priced IMO like AVM, TGS etc until some political stability arrives.
