Stefanof - you know as well as everyone else that such an event is ONLY relevant to the 'receiving' company as far as materiality is concerned. Where there is no material impact on the 'giving' company - in terms of the responsibilities of the individual involved - there is no need to report it.
Thus Dr Sheng was 'material' to Xped - so it was announced
Dr Sheng joining the Xped board was not 'material' to Telink - so it was not announced by Telink.
This cross-company stuff happens ALL THE TIME.
It is a red herring - but one you are happily making mischief with - for obvious reasons!
