Russell Plumb, CEO and President bought stock in the open market. On 6-10-14 he purchased 2;700 shares @ $2.45 per share; On 6-10-14 he purchased 29,333 shares at prices of $2.79, $2.99 and $3.09. This left him with direct ownership of 127,579 shares after these purchases.
Joseph Patti, Executive Vice President also bought stock in the open market. On 6-10-14 he purchased 8,851 shares @ $2.45 and $2.62 per share; On 6-10-14 he purchased 5,615 shares @ $2.80 and $2.87 per share. This left him with direct ownership of 62,241 shares after these purchases.
