I think you have to look at the maths on this one, PYC have a market cap circa $20 Million.
If i was AstraZenica and it was looking like my studies were going well and it was likely that I'd have to pay the $98 million milestone payment.
Why wouldn't I just put in a take over offer in at 5 x the current value i.e. 42 cents. and just buy the company, sure as hell beats having to cough up royalities on a product for forever and a day.
+ you'll get the benefit of owning a huge library of these peptide thingo's
