The VAST news is good because it gives us a shot at a big prize. .. . . but I would be pretty confident that the milestones are substantially back-ended, and that probabilities of achievement are notoriously low.
Therefore, on an NPV and probability-weighted basis, today's news possibly worth only a few mill.
Nonetheless. . .. i bought this morning. .. . .just feel that maybe the wind is starting to blow in the right direction for this one again.
