There is no doubt that the inhaled Nadolol is where the money is. Anyone who has followed this company will be in no doubt. I am sure a read of old announcements will confirm this. Anyhow, someone who has attended General Meetings and talked to Mitchell Glass will be in no doubt.
My understanding from reading all the announcements is that IVX is not tied to 3M. They are a fee for service organisation and IVX seem to pay for development of the formulation and proving the device for delivery of Nadolol. From memory, the partneship with 3M on INV 104 foundered when 3M could not come up with a suitable formulation and the party moved to Hovione.
