I just had a re browse through the Top 100 ASX companies by Market Cap.
Talk about a square peg in a round hole.
Its like Jimbob in Hollywood.
All these massive mansions,BHP,Rio,ORI,CBA,NAB,WBC,ANZ,AGL,TLS,CSL,NCM,MYR,DJS,WOW
...to 99.
The only vacant block is owned by LYC..no mansion,no income,no production..its almost tresspassing.
Yet we are there already,amongst the elite.
The Market put us there.
Its also keeping a lid on us till we are like everyone else in the top 100,ie producing/Income/dividends etc.
Fund mngrs would be aware of the basket price,but thats still pie in the sky as we are not producing.
The basket price valuations that have been projected are still at $35,so from a Risk management point of view,theres now $45 fat allowance for a price drop..ie they are allowing a 60% drop in price.Thats over kill..but would cover a GFC 2..world war 3..thats still $385,000,000 gross income yr 1,and $770,000,000 yr 2..thats still $4.50 PS.
Thats worse case scenario.Thats the Ying.
