The average market cap is calculated for preceding six-month period which is from December 2015 to May 2015, my estimate of the average market cap for the six months is around $400m, therefore, PLS should satisfy the market cap requirement, imo.
I believe PLS will be added into ASX200 next month, only few weeks away
