I agree the rule isn't strictly, market cap just before the rebalancing date would be another important factor. PLS is on the way up, by early June, market cap probably is close to $1b, this will put PLS well above low end of ASX200 market cap. LNG, SHV, PRG, should be off the list, might plus another two.
