    i understand what your saying loul,

    its certainly frustrates me that theres one rule for them (brokers) and one rule for all us. Well atleast thats the way its policed.

    I once had an order on a atock (not axm) i think it was say 50k units. I gradually dropped my price throughout the day filling bits and pieces as i lowered the price. about 5 monutes to close i had about 4000 units to fill. I changed it to at market which would have dropped the companies SP down about 3 cents but the online broker platform wouldn't allow it saying i would negatively affect the SP too far.
    What a joke i thought, who is to say i can't buy at the price that a seller is offering? i had to place a new order the next day and pay extra brokerage.

    The ASX is as clear as mud ;)
