It appears both ASIC & the ASX believe Mccrae and co are currently unable to manage the company in an ethical and transparent fashion - that is why...hence, the stand off. Rightly so, IMO - it has been a poor effort from the larrakin. He should know the legalities and recognise the media can be your friend, not foe.
