ASX and ASIC

Hi all,

Just a quick note on the posts that are currently being made, referencing the ASX and ASIC in a derogatory way.

Indeed, the ASX was rather slow off the mark in acting on minorities' revelations about behaviour by Nkwe that needed answering , as well as not appearing to be tough enough on enforcing that they comply with such requests for answers.

But from all accounts, the ASX is now putting some real pressure on Nkwe to respond in a meaningful way, and ASIC is also across these enquiries. Nkwe is rightfully under the hammer now, and they have almost run out of room to hide or manoeuvre.

So everyone, please keep the pressure on Nkwe to be open and accountable, and to deal with minorities fairly ... but don't get too side-tracked in criticising ASX / ASIC for their initial tardiness ... Things are now well in motion to force Nkwe to be accountable, and minorities will benefit from the work being done.

Let's not attack the ones who are helping us, but instead keep the focus on Nkwe.
