So - he is "commencing" discussions with potential investors. Sorry guys, but commencing discussions is not the hard part. It is a necessary step, i will give you that, but successfully completing discussions is a tad more significant.

It would have been more announcement-worthy if ROgers was NOT commencing discussions with potential investors.
