re: head honchos I've got nothing witha director selling, BUT I hate sneakiness. By putting "Change of Director"' times 3 notice, then having a REPEAT of first 2 conversions on top and then the director sale last, to me, indicates they deliberately did this in the hope that not too many people would notice. Like those who put bad news late on Friday night hoping news staff etc wouldn't notice, indicates a company who doesn't have confidence in itself. My opinions only.
