In reading the quarterly, i am not sure if you will necessarily see the BFS in May. They said the BFS would be completed by May not necessarily released . This is not necessarily a negative - it has been suggested on HC that the BFS and a JV partner will be announced together . If you take the idea of the BFS and JV being released together and re-read the quarterly when it refers to the completion of the BFS it does seem to suggest they will be done together - so some time in June for the big bang.
