RETURN OF CAPITAL RECORD DATE
The Directors of Ramelius Resources Limited are pleased to advise that a draft Class
Ruling has been received from the ATO, the content of which is confidential. As a result
the Directors have determined that the Record Date for the Return of Capital of 7.5 cents
per fully paid ordinary share, which was announced on 9 May 2007, will be the close of
business on Friday 3 August 2007.
The Capital Return will be paid on 30 September 2007 subject to the receipt of the final
ATO Class Ruling.
