I'm no accountant, but seems the ASX is worried about BMB running out of cash. BMB has confirmed there will be a capital raising -

As noted in point 2, the Company will seek to raise further capital in the short-term.

Some further dilution, but hopefully a positive result out of Togo will do much to mitigate any SP fall
