ASX announcement changed to a news release only? - Olay China, page-125

When a miner releases things to the market, they put the volume or other technical (and qualitative) data that is relevant to the company. Or when a first coal shipment is sent, it is part of a contract that has been signed and already alot of data has been released and the first shipment is showing that the contract is being fulfilled.

This release from OBJ is nothing more than a weak marketing release. No data whatsoever. Nothing about volume, prices or effect on OBJ.

No one has explained to me how this is "material". All that is happening is something is released in China with OBJ technology. Maybe people need to be reminded what is material and what details should be included when releasing market information (as opposed to marketing).
