Maybe the ASX is erring on the side of caution with the release this time. I cant blame them for wanting more information (if that is what was the case) after what happened with the release 2 years ago not being clearly outlined as a soft launch.
Yes its material, but I think it needs to be clearer to avoid mistakes/confusion of the past.
