ASX announcement changed to a news release only? - Olay China, page-169

I don't doubt that at all fudgy and I am not saying I agree with the verdict. It's a tricky company to be involved in.... and it has been questioned many times, by many posters, and those people mostly get shot down quick smart on these threads for trying to bring in any contrarian view - as you would know.

But, the real point is, it has been announced that 200k *devices* have been shipped for P&G to do with as they please. What brands they decide attach them with is really nothing to do with OBJ.

The announcement could have been structured better to avoid this happening. But as we know, OBJ supposedly have to concede to the 'code of silence' trick.

So, is it the ASX's fault, or is it OBJ's?.

People can make their own minds up about that.
