ASX announcement changed to a news release only? - Olay China, page-173

Guys Maybe we should all take a deep breath and lets things just play out. I have received this email from Glyn which is a response to my email earlier today:

Hi Glyn,

As a shareholder and I am sure I speak for many others it was disappointing to see that the ASX ruled that this announcement was deemed as "advertising".
Given the milestone this announcement is for OBJ is there anyway in which this announcement can be reworded to make it compliant with the ASX rulings?

We are aware that some shareholders have taken exception to the ASX release being withheld, and have subsequently taken it upon themselves to contact media, ASX complaints etc.
I have spoken to the ASX and reinforced that this is not driven by OBJ Board and Management, they are fine and not responding to shareholders.
