I've noticed a similar "bias" over the years. OBJ would get hit with speeding tickets so quickly, but other stocks who rise much higher don't, like PSY at one stage. It was almost like there was a deliberate intention to let some stocks run, whilst others were moderated. I owned both stocks so it was frustrating.
