    How about a reverse attack..

    Email the ASX asking them to approach the company for news on why their stock is up 10% on no news?

    If the stock had gone up 30% today there is no doubt they would get a speeding ticket from the ASX. Then what are OBJ supposed to release if their first notification was deemed advertising?
