That I am sure has been a long 3 years, this would have to be largest scare tactics I have ever seen, amateur hour if you ask me, how can they possibly threaten somebody with defaming, this is all just a ploy IMO otherwise why disguise the announcement as being ASX released own the company website. This is completely misleading, I for one will sell my entire holding if JB and CO do not get appointed, I would not want a management team who deliberately disguises an announcement as if it has been announced through the ASX in control of my hard earned cash.
