I can't see much of a relationship between the two, I suggest that CNP and CER were in that sort of a position many months ago. The difference is partly related to management. GR did a magnificant job with the banks that kept us away from that sort of situation that OIF have allowed o develop. CER should be in a position to manage debt from here on. They have improved ther position and have shown that they will manage their debt in a manner that should keep lenders happy. Lenders need reliable borrowers or they are out of business. The banks need the likes of CER just as much as CER needs the banks.
