asx announcement?

So I would assume that this was the fourth time that metalstorm has requested a trading halt from the ASX? you would have to ask yourself why the ASX refused them yet again? they have given metalstorm trading halts before for far less trivial things, it begs the question, who would be able to infleuence the ASX on any decision they made as to whether to grant a trading halt or not? there is only one higher power that I can think of that may have that sort of pull, but more importantly why are they allowing this to happen? what is the purpose? if they wanted to bakrupt metalstorm, all they would have to do is say we are withdrawing the offer, this is a stalling tactic nothing more and whomever is behind it has been given a green light by ASIC and the ASX, think hard about who would have that sort of infleuence?

Like I have said before, there are none so blind as those that refuse to see!
