Sheik - What SAG actions? There was nothing that SAG did that any reasonable director could object to. Geting rid of Jones - common sense. Initiang a review of options for Xtoll - responsible and reasonable. Reducing costs - neccessary. At no time did the new board indicate to shareholders that they did not want to deal with Ando or NN.
So the logic gap is you linking Andos departure to the the new boards appointment and suggesting that NN are interested in Xtoll but don't want to deal with the current board. No large multinational company I know would suspend interest in a commercial opportunity because they could'nt be best mates with a board. In fact in my experience if they believe that a commercial arrangement has merit they would seek to work with the board regardless of "relationships".
If you are suggesting that the reinstating of previously ineffective board memebers will suddenly reinvigorate a relationship with NN then I think logic plays very little part in your analysis. IMHO
