In all the accusations about the previous and present Boards, one issue has been ignored. All the previous board members threatened to resign if any of the SAG's proposed directors was elected. This threat was posted on the CBio ASX site. When it was obvious to the old CBio board that the new members would be voted on, the old board memebers withdrew their threat and stacked the already too large board with two new members. This is behaviour so gross that none of the previous board members are fit to serve on the board of a public company.
