So Dr Garner and Glass get 21% of CBIO access to all of CBIO's cash plus another $5000000.00 cash after merger with a capital raising. And you do not think this will not dilute your shars a great deal. This cash strapped group will do very well out of CBIO. Yes and I can see the US owners developing CPN10, why? they can sell the technology to some one for next to nothing.
My gut feeling is run boy run.
