Shiek, What makes you think NN are the only pharma company on the planet? I would expect competent management in CBio to look at all possibilities. The world is a big place and if XToll has an attraction to NN it will be attractive to others. Just give the new management some space. They have had a real mess to clean up and probably are only now in a position to start moving forward. The legal action against the departing executives alone (very necessary) would have been time consuming.
