Now let me comment, looks like a very long road ahead and any capital raising will dilute share, so at 6 cents a share (also my long term prediction some months ago)I just cannot see any reason for a lot of cheering.
Another fact there are enough share holders out there that can kill this merger, I see it not being a shaw fire deal.
I expect that some will get kicked from the board and some old faces will return.
