NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE
On 29 May 2009 Peninsula Minerals Limited (Company) announced a non-renounceable
entitlement issue of one (1) fully paid ordinary Share for every six (6) Shares held at an issue
price of 2.8 cents per Share to raise approximately $4,483,172 together with one (1) free
attaching Option for every four (4) new Shares allotted (Entitlement Issue). The free
attaching options are exercisable at 3 cents on or before 30 June 2012. The Company
intends to apply for quotation of these Options as soon as is practicable after completion
of the recent capital raising.
The Company wishes to advise that it has processed subscriptions from shareholders for
68,526,973 Shares (with 1 for 4 attaching options) to raise $1,918,755 under the Entitlement
Issue, which closed on 26 June 2009 (Closing Date).
In accordance with section 4.6 of the Prospectus dated 29 May 2009 (Prospectus), the
shortfall of 91,586,297 Shares (with 1 for 4 attaching options) will be placed at the
discretion of the Directors in consultation with the Lead Broker to the Offer, Hartleys Limited
(Hartleys).
