akq, thanks and thumbs up for the initiative... good luck in trying to get some more, however Gus' comments last month would suggets that PEN had this one covered from the outset, was just a matter how many shares existing holder were opting to take up, with the balance (no matter how bi) happily spoken for.
Let's face it: PEN remains undervalued compared to its fellow U hopeful's. Why? Because 99.9% of the money slushing around doesn't read HC and hasn't got the benefit of the insights the psots here have provided for a couple of years or more now. This is why BLR is flying (public news of mega projects etc etc) irrespective of how likely it is that they can pull it off: it's news.
PEN's time will come, and it won't be a one off blip on the chart.
