It's a subtle hint via a coded message, you have to read behind the lines.
He replaced the N and the C with simply an S. This means that (N)ow the (C)ool BOT (S)hareholders are going to make lots of money due to an ANNOUNCEMENT. It's right there in the text, he's likely a spy inside the FDA and this is the only way he can give info without blowing his cover.
