Iberian Resources Limited ... has received approval from the ASX to be removed from the official list (to be “de-listed”).

The ASX correspondence regarding the removal from the official list is attached.

The Company will now write to all shareholders informing them of the decision and setting out the process and the timetable for the de-listing.

Tamaya Resources Limited (ASX: TMR) is a major shareholder in Iberian, holding 86.2 per cent of the Company’s shares. The Tamaya board has supported Iberian’s decision to de-list.
