how can a company have exponential growth ? Let me help to explain - demand for service it there, it's technology based which is easily scalable (well easier than physical), regulations that actually correlate with company, companies outsourcing that part of the business to simplify operations.

All their 'do as I say, not as I do' actions are going to be highlighted in court. I think that in itself shows that an independent (government) regulator is required and you can't just outsource everything.
