Another lie from the serial “downramper”: “The funds came from those unknown third party entities, that much is clear, it was never in question”. In addition to the lie from the serial “downramper“, “the ASX SOR is not a legal document”.

The accounts from where the funds that achieved the ISX performance shares were verified as legitimate by Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton allowed ISX to put the statement “Revenue was audited by Grant Thornton and properly recognised in the Relevant Period” in the ISX Official Response to the ASX SOR, and also backed up that statement at the ISX AGM on the 17th July 2020 when Grant Thornton responded with “we stand by that audit” when asked to give their opinion of that audit at the AGM. Grant Thornton made the above statements knowing that they will probably be asked to “take the stand” at the ISX vs ASX Federal Court trial. ISX replaced Grant Thornton with BDO Audit Pty Ltd to avoid a “conflict of Interest” because Grant Thornton will probably “take the stand” at the trial. As if anyone would believe a poster on HC with “perceived” anonymity over the credibility of Grant Thornton, a reputable auditor of a number of ASX listed companies. Not even ASIC, with their investigative powers and ability, has announced any evidence that contradicts the Grant Thornton 2018 audit that led to ISX receiving the performance shares. Grant Thornton have also had nearly 1 year to announce any review of that Audit, if they had a need to review that audit, especially knowing that they will likely need to “swear oath” in the Federal Court, they would have announced a review and completed it by now.

The ASX suspension of ISX, I believe, has nothing to do with the legitimacy of the performance shares, the IE Report, The Escrow of the performance shares or other any “publicised” reason that the ASX has given. After nearly 1 year of the ASX suspension of ISX, without any evidence to justify the suspension, only a fool would believe that we have been told by the ASX the “real” reasons for the suspension. If the “downramper/s” want to know what are likely to be the real reason for the ISX suspension read
