    I assure you that the big banks have no relevance to ISX's case. It is not even in ISX's statement of claims, along with other topics such as conflict of interests, manipulation of shareprice and also shareprice volatility. ISX and its lawyers evidently do not see those topics as having any relevance, so any dicussion involving them would be a complete waste of time.
