asx are reviewing trading in ncm

Hi All

Received late this afternoon an email response from the ASX regarding NCM - the response I received indicates that trading in NCM is being investigated and the asx may or may not contact NCM on the matter. Furthermore I may or may not get a response viz a viz how the investigation pans out.

My email response contains the usual disclaimer - accordingly I don't believe I can share details of the ASX officer involved - suffice to say that the matter is at least being investigated.

The contact no for the ASX is ph 131279- if any other NCM investor has concerns regarding chanel stuffing/cancelled trades / price engineering etc I would suggest now is the time to make the ASX aware of such issues.

Again nothing may come of the ASX investigation - who knows - but at least the ASX has indicated they are showing an interest which seems more then NCM investor relations at this juncture.
