    I guess I would prefer they don't because you need the product offering to be excellent. That fat was cut when Tim bit the bullet and fired about 20% of staff. This business is not going to be successful as a small company that just minimises costs. It would be a complete waste of time focusing on that outcome. As a network business it needs scale - so that you can jump on and find someone to do any type of job - and geographical reach as well. Everything is about growth now and Tim has broadcast widely that the costs are basically fixed now, further growth equals profit. The perilous journey has been a macro shift in economy and interest rates. If that hadn't happened - the focus would have stayed on growth at all costs and a willingness to raise more funds to advertise and grow quickly. That's not the case anymore. Even profitable companies have had massive reductions in market cap. Tim and board haven't done much wrong - it literally does take time for ART to grow because people don't know it exists without advertising, word of mouth or free media - like Taylor Swift ticket queue'ing etc.
