I was thinking Class Action before. Problem with ASIC and ASX is they’ll just freeze the company and then we’re stuck.
With litigation funding we wouldn’t need to pay anything upfront and it’s an opt-out system. I’m not sure about our odds due to regulations being changed with regards to continuous disclosure...
Either option won’t recuperate much losses though.
