    Maybe they're expanding &/or changing staff? Maybe the operative words here are "including: Windows server ..."

    Previous systems and software engineer ads have called for expertise in "SQL Server, UNIX / Linux and Cisco skills" and "VB6, .NET (C# or VB .NET), SQL Server (application development & database design), ASP & COM" respectively.
