Further, it is important that anyone affected start to collect records, timelines etc. The impact is not just a direct loss due to our allegations, ie., bought at $X and forced to sell at $X. The loss, with documentation of what the funds were needed for i., further investment in x cpy (which is my situation) with those funds that were lost on that day would have been invested in x company and I have timelines to confirm this and the outcome of the future loss (preferably short term) ie., less than 1 year
