You don't need to be a current shareholder for your claim to be recognized in any class action as long as you have proof that you held shares in that company during the period of fraudulent claims by said company. eg I was a shareholder in Aristocrat Leisure years ago and sold out at a loss after the company made a fraudulent announcement. The class action was successful and i was fully reimbursed for the amount of my loss. That said, it would be foolish IMO if anyone bothered to start a class action against the Directors of HCT as they wouldn't have sufficient funds to pay out everyone's losses. I understand your frustrations though with this questionable organization.
