mate any type of class action would be the 100% guaranteed way to ensure you will never see a penny from your HCT investment
- major class actions which pay out are against large companies with significant cash assets and revenue - some small company class actions you might get like 5% back in a $ and significant portion would go to lawyers fees - However they can only pay from what they have. Which is like 6-9 months of cash - by the time the action had run its course cash would be run down to zero - a class action would both guarantee future capital raising options are stuffed, and mgt distracted further from doing anything useful with Natshield
I am not happy about current status but will be even less happy if some type of foolish class action is kicked off by people sold a no win no fee lawyer ambulance chaser cash burn as you will get nothing else s my assessment and also will be perhaps the final nail in the coffin of turning this around.
the ONLY way to resolve this now is for Natshield deals to come good at scale.
