As you have stated @slygorilla Getting suspended by ASX/ASIC doesn't solve anything and white collar criminals rarely get jail time - Although i have noticed there has been a large swing towards cracking down on these kind of outfits over the last 3 years, would rather this stays afloat until a class action is made and then they can be punished accordingly - Even if minimal losses are recovered would be great to see this outfit bought to justice of there misleading conduct on multiple multiple accounts.
