This meeting has to be stopped by the regulators. For last 2 yrs this whole EGO saga has broken many regulators rules imo. In last 2 yrs where is the company AGM's, Financials. How are we able to survive as we were all told we had no funds. Who's paying our bills. So many questions unanswered. Why didn't holders have a say in choosing our board, etc.

This whole process and treatment to holders is totally unacceptable imo to me. Why have the corps act and governance rules if they can change the rules when ever they like.

Seriously the ASX and especially ASIC have to be accountable through a royal commission. Every year retail mum/dad SH's lose billions of $ by mismanaged companies and the ASIC do nothing. Totally unacceptable. I urge every holder to make a complaint. Hopefully the media can put EGO in the headlines as this company has treated holders terribly and haven't even followed the rules. We all deserve much better treatment imo.
