Personally I am one of those who don't like illiquid stock as well. But seeing the potential, I accumulate over time and now got a good parcel that I am satisfied to hold for the very long term now. Right now, I believe there is still enough time for anyone to accumulate a good parcel.
If ELS is allowed to mature without any takeover, then I believe over time, the company can easily do a share split. Just like what Nvidia has just done to give more investors a chance to get in on the stock.
At end of day, the share price will rise accordingly as each milestone is achieved. New shareholders who done their research and understand the potential of ELS will not care about liquidity. They will have a price target to get in at. Just that they will have to accumulate than buy in one big mouthful like me.
