The only CR I can think of is when the company needs to stock up for impending large orders. In that case, the impact of the CR on share price will be very short lived. Moreover, if any, that would be the last CR required.
My bigger concern here is that ELS might get taken over way before maturity. If that should come to pass, then we will miss out on a potential big blue chip investment for the long term.
