ASX Business Rule 2.2.4 Prevention of manipulative trading - a solution, page-11

Harry - I have always respected your comment and your contributions to the group and it is perhaps with the best of intentions you are offering to improve my share-trading education. On reading your post the first thing that came to my mind was a Bull (the daddy cow type) blind with fury, defending his territory. Blind Bulls never think - they just put their heads down and charge - often to their own detriment when they hit something solid!

So let's talk about the facts and hope we part friends:
1. I am neither inexperienced or over-invested in UCM.- I might even be old enough to be your father !
2. I understand about microcap stocks and their risks - some of my most successful investments have been microcaps.
3. I was NOT "Complaining about market manipulation, in defence of a company". I was however pointing out that manipulative trading practices are forbidden under ASX Business Rule2.2.4. I would further point out that when you open a trading account you agree to trade under ASX rules.
4.I agree with you that anyone who trades shares contributes to manipulating a market but they are supposed to do so under ASX rules -
That's how it works - that is how it has worked for 20 years in November.
